I have always been an animal lover, from growing up with family pets, to trying to pet sheep on the Yorkshire Moors when I was a child on family holidays, to temporarily adopting any stray cat on holidays abroad to get my animal fix.

Having worked in an office for over twenty five years, the time had come for a career change and what better choice than dog walking. I love dogs and have always enjoyed the outdoors and maintaining physical fitness, a perfect combination.

I have regularly attended dog obedience classes and agility classes, completed a City and Guilds Level 2 Certificate of Technical Competence in Dog Walking, completed a Canine First Aid course at Writtle and attended a Dog Law Seminar.

It’s so rewarding to see your dogs reaction when I collect them, happy and excited to go out and then tired and content when I drop them home, it’s what makes this job.
